A brokerage and a
dealership, deliberately
under one roof.
Elite ArtVoyage Inc. was founded in Monaco in 2009 and now operates from four offices with thirty-one staff. We hold a MYBA brokerage licence and a CINOA dealership in the same company — a combination almost nobody else carries.

The two decisions were never separate.
In 2013 a client bought a 54-metre Feadship through us and then spent eleven months trying to buy six paintings for it. Three dealers sold him work. None of them would say, in writing, that it would still be sound after a season in the Caribbean. Two canvases cupped within a year. One was unrecoverable.
That failure is the reason this company looks the way it does. The problem was not the art market and not the yacht market — it was the gap between them, where nobody held responsibility for the object once it went to sea.
So we built the missing middle. A conservator on staff. A written marine hanging specification. Humidity and lighting written into refit drawings before the joinery is ordered. Insurance placed by people who understand both a hull survey and a condition report.
Thirty-one people now, and not one of them has to explain to a client why the two halves of their purchase do not speak to each other.
How the house was assembled
Every stage below was a response to something a client needed that the market would not provide.
Founded in Monaco
Elena Vasquez leaves a central agency desk at a Monegasque brokerage and opens Elite ArtVoyage with two mandates and a borrowed office on Boulevard Albert 1er.
The dealership
A client asks us to find six paintings for a 54-metre refit. Nobody in the market will guarantee they will survive the Atlantic. We hire our first conservator and take the risk ourselves.
Yacht & Canvas
The pairing service becomes a formal programme: one contract covering vessel, collection, conservation and installation.
Fort Lauderdale & Palma de Mallorca
Two offices open in the same year, giving the house year-round coverage of the Caribbean and Mediterranean seasons.
OceanMuse
An invitation-only imprint for owners commissioning artwork and vessel simultaneously. Capped at nine placements a year.
Masterpieces
Museum-grade acquisitions formalised as a separate imprint, with a dedicated provenance desk and Auckland conservation studio.
Four commitments we put in writing
These are contract clauses, not marketing lines. Each one appears in the standard Elite ArtVoyage engagement letter.
We never sit on both sides
If we represent the seller, we say so before you view. Surveys are commissioned from independent parties of your choosing, and we do not take a fee from both ends of a transaction.
One contract, one accountability
Yacht, artwork, conservation, transit, insurance — one agreement and one named director who answers for all of it. No handing you between suppliers when something goes wrong.
Advice that costs us money
We have talked clients out of vessels we were listing and out of works we were holding. A single transaction is worth less to us than a thirty-year relationship.
Custody for as long as you own it
Annual condition inspection on every work we place, at our expense, for the life of your ownership. If a painting is failing, we will tell you before you notice.
The people who sign for it
Every engagement is owned by one of these four. You will have their direct line, not a shared inbox.

Questions clients ask first
Still unresolved? Our specialists answer directly — usually within a working day.
On the yacht side, standard MYBA commission paid by the seller. On the art side, either a studio-agreed margin on primary works or a flat advisory fee of 4 to 6 per cent on secondary acquisitions. We disclose which applies before you view anything.
Entirely. We hold no shipyard dealership and take no build referral fees, which is why we can recommend against a yard when a client's brief does not suit it.
Yes, and most clients start that way. Roughly 40 per cent of our work is single-discipline; the combined programmes grow out of relationships rather than being a condition of them.
We will remarket it, and separately advise on whether the collection should transfer with the hull or be lifted, conserved and stored. The two decisions have very different tax and valuation consequences.

Come and see whether we are the right house for you.
No pitch deck. A director, a coffee, and a straight answer on whether what you want is achievable at the budget you have in mind.
New vessels and new works, before they reach the market.
One letter a month: fresh central listings, artist releases, and the private viewings we do not advertise. No forwarding, no third parties.
